Every case is made to your prescription and quality assured to SAMZ standards before it returns to you. Every item carries a lot number, and the Statement of Manufacture supplied with each case records its manufacture.
Do you accept digital scans?
Yes, as open STL or PLY files, through our scan upload page. We also collect physical impressions and models from practices in England. Scanners accepted: iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan, Carestream.
What if a restoration doesn't fit?
Remakes are covered for up to 5 years on crown and bridge and up to 2 years on removables, under our warranty terms.
How do I pay?
Invoices are issued per case or monthly and are payable by bank transfer within 30 days. Dental prostheses are exempt from VAT; no VAT is charged.
