Complete the registration form. You receive an account number and a named contact, and we arrange your first collection.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order and no contract. Send one case and judge the fit.

Do you accept digital scans?

What should I include with a case?

A completed prescription form, impressions or scans of both arches, a bite registration, the shade, and anything specific to the case such as implant components.

Turnaround and delivery

How long does a case take?

Typically 14 working days from collection at your practice to delivery back to your practice, excluding public holidays. This applies to all work, including dentures.

Do I need to book a courier?

Use the collection form or call us. We confirm the collection with you.

How do I track a case?

Call or email us with your account number and the patient reference, and we will update you.

Quality

Who makes the work?

Every case is made to your prescription and quality assured to SAMZ standards before it returns to you. Every item carries a lot number, and the Statement of Manufacture supplied with each case records its manufacture.

Is SAMZ regulated?

SAMZ Dental Lab is MHRA registered (registration number 40046). ISO 13485 certification is in progress.

What paperwork comes with a case?

A Statement of Manufacture accompanies each case, and every item carries a lot number for traceability.

Which materials do you use?

Named materials, including IPS e.max (Ivoclar), Dental Direkt zirconia, BEGO and Argen alloys and Valplast. See quality and regulatory.

Fit and remakes

What if a restoration does not fit?

Remakes are covered for up to 5 years on crown and bridge and up to 2 years on removables, under our warranty terms.

How do I request a remake?

Call or email us with your account number, the patient reference and what is wrong. We collect the restoration with the original models from your practice, check it, and remake it under our warranty terms.

What is not covered?

The exclusions are listed in full in our terms. They include unclear impressions accepted at the practice's request, mismatched implant parts and zirconia bridges with distal cantilevers.

Prices and payment

Are your prices published?

Yes, all of them, in two tiers: see the price list. Collection and delivery are included.

What is the difference between Basic and Advance?

Basic uses standard materials; Advance uses premium-grade materials. Both are made to your prescription and quality assured to SAMZ standards.

Is VAT added?

Dental prostheses are exempt from VAT; no VAT is charged.

How do I pay?

Invoices are issued per case or monthly and are payable by bank transfer within 30 days. We add no late-payment charges and no percentage fees; an overdue account is simply placed on hold until it is paid.
